I wasn’t expecting much, but they actually had way more motorcycle gear than I thought they would. Plenty of sizes and a decent mix of brands too, which was nice for once instead of the usual tiny selection you find at some places

I ordered from motardinn.com the payment process felt clear and secure. My bank did the usual card verification, which gave me some extra peace of mind, and I didn’t see any strange charges afterward. The only downside was that the page loaded a little slowly for me, but overall I’d say it was a safe and decent checkout experience.

The order arrived fine and the product itself was okay, so I can’t really complain about that part. But of course, I ended up getting hit with customs/import fees that I wasn’t expecting, which made the whole thing feel a lot less like a good deal. Shipping also took a bit longer than I’d hoped. It’s not a terrible experience, but it’s frustrating when you think you’re saving money and then extra costs show up later. Definitely check for any possible fees before buying

My order showed up late, which was really frustrating. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept checking and checking with no real information. It was late, the updates were useless, and the whole thing just felt annoying

The box showed up completely crushed and looked like it had been taped back together in a hurry. it was frustrating, especially knowing that if I tried to report it I’d probably get stuck dealing with some useless automated system instead of an actual person. Luckily, the item inside was somehow still okay.

I’m giving it 2 stars because the item just didn’t feel 100% authentic to me :/ The packaging looked a little off, and a few details didn’t match the original ones I’ve seen before. Maybe it was just a different batch or something, but I didn’t feel comfortable keeping it. Delivery was fine, but I really wish there had been more clarity about the product

I ordered a pair of gloves from Motardinn in the size I always wear, and I even took the time to check their size chart first. They showed up ridiculously small, not just a little tight, but nowhere near the size they claimed they would be.

The worst part is they make it sound like their sizing info and returns are straightforward, but that really wasn’t my experience. I ended up dealing with an annoying return and had to pay for it myself, even though their guidance felt totally misleading. Frustrating, and I definitely won’t be ordering gear from them again

I ordered from Motardinn because the item was showing as in stock, so I figured it would be sent out quickly. Then a few days later I got an update saying it actually wasn’t available yet and I’d have to wait longer, which was frustrating since I needed it soon. Customer service did reply when I contacted them, and the order did arrive in the end, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. Still, it was kind of annoying and the site should be more accurate with stock availability. But hey, at least I got it eventually.

The replies were actually helpful, which I appreciated. I did find myself thinking, okay, this is useful… but I wish it came a bit faster. Overall though, the updates were good and got the job done.

I had an issue with my item after using it for a while, so I contacted Motardinn about the warranty. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and sorted everything out without making it a big hassle, which is all you can really ask for, right? I was happy with how they handled it

The stuff feels solid and well made. What more can you really ask for? It has a sturdy feel to it, and it doesn’t seem cheap at all.
